At Emax, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your technology purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Emax account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
